The best way to find your size is to have your finger sized by any jeweler in standard American sizing. Please note that sizing is not an exact science. When figuring a ring size, I recommend ordering on the small side for thin bands, and on the large side for wide bands. It is also important to take into consideration your body's tendency to swell with temperature fluctuations; your ring might feel tight in the summer and loose in the winter. It is best to be sized when you are at a neutral temperature.
If the design allows I will certainly resize your ring. Resizing costs $25 plus shipping and will take about 2 weeks.
The best way I have found to size for bangles is to tuck your thumb into your palm and measure around your hand at the widest part of your thumb using a soft measuring tape.

8" ladies medium
8.5" ladies large / mens small
9" mens medium
9.5" mens large
Using a soft measuring tape measure directly around the wrist.
x-small - Approximately 6" wrist and smaller
small- Approximately 6.5" wrist
Medium- Approximately 7" wrist
Large- Approximately 7.5" wrist
X-Large- Approximately 8" wrist
